Super quick menu plan: June 4th

I’ve been craving peace and quiet lately, and not been posting as much.  So this is a quick and dirty menu plan, and for more, see Celiac Family and the other menu plans that Heather has compiled.  Our theme this week is peppers, which definitely don’t agree with me.  They were one of my favorite foods…grilled peppers are beyond yummy.

And here’s a quick run down of gluten-free dining tips.

Monday:

Rosemary chicken with Kalamata Olives and broccoli

Tues:

Hopefully, fennel stew?  Contingent on finding fennel…

Weds:

Pineapple chicken with roasted cauliflower

Thursday:

Salmon on a bed of greens

Friday:

Leftovers

Wishing you all a wonderful week!

About Cheryl Harris

Life played a funny trick on me. I've studied nutrition for years, and much to my surprise, found out that I could manage many of my health issues via diet. I've been GF for years, and I've got a bunch of allergies and sensitivities. But it definitely doesn't keep me from cooking, baking and enjoying my food. Thanks for stopping by.

  2. Oooooh, Pineapple Chicken sounds good. I may have to make that this week instead of the Chicken Kabobs. Do you have a recipe?

  3. I agree with Heather … pineapple chicken does sound good! Rosemary chicken does, too. 🙂

I alternate between being a social animal an almost a hermit because I love that peace and quiet, too. Hope you are enjoying yours, dear!

  4. Great roundup of recipes for the week! I personally love planning out the weekly meals in my household, especially being gluten free! It makes the week go much more smoothly, that is for sure!

Thanks for these great menu plans and enjoy your R & R!
