I'm slowly learning that working around dietary restrictions isn't as scary as I thought it would be - thanks to very generous lists of amazing recipes like this. Thank you. I've been seeing quinoa around a lot and have got some but am still trying to work out how to use it well. I'll definitely give some of the quinoa dishes here a go.
Cheers,
Grant

Wow! Thanks so much for all of your hard work compiling these. My husband has ulcerative colitis.. so has to avoid all grains. We were hoping that we could get away with the gluten free stuff that ceiliacs can have.. but we need to be stricter than that. Also need to avoid sugar.. which is hard! thanks for providing more options for us.

it's hard finding foods that tastes good and gluten free. right now I've tried several already made sliced loaf of breads that doesm't taste good and hard to digest unless you drink alot o water to get it to do down your throat without chocking. and pizzas that tastes great as well, so I get discouraged alot. I'm trying to save $70.00 to get an sunbeam bread to make a great tasting, white loaf of bread that tastes like or similiar to breads already premade.

I am over the moon with your site! :) My 3 and 5 year old daughters have 16 common food allergies. They can't have guten, dairy , eggs, sugar, honey, sesame, bananas...
We use Yacon syrup as a sweetener..it's delicious and a prebiotic. :)
Anyway, my girls have loved all the recipes of yours I've made so far.
Even though we don't know you, we love you around here!!

I am so happy to have found your site! It is so hard to find recipes that are gluten-free, dairy-free and soy-free. I am all three of these while nursing my son. I'm so excited to try out some of these recipes. Thanks!
