Angela,
nope, the croissants are loaded with dairy, sorry! I made the dough for daring bakers a few months back and have been baking off a few croissants whenever friends/family are in need of a decadent treat.

Cheryl, what fun to find a namesake. I will email you with more info on the swap, or click on the swap headquarters link

Hey Cheryl,
I'm starting to get your blog posts in the google alert I have set for my name. Today I clicked through a link that is included in the alert and your recipes look great! My husband and I are both very health conscious. He's a (wild) fish eating vegan. I consider myself more of a flexitarian, although I haven't eaten beef or chicken for over 10 years now.

We are excited to be launching the Conscious Creation Cafe later this month and would like to find out more about what is involved with hosting.

We have about 30 inches of snow where we are, expecting 6-12 more today.

Keep brewing that hot chocolate and stay warm,

I have you hooked up to the swap now. Sounds like it's been tasty around your house. Did you do the croissants your other allergies free too? They look amazing. I have been TRYING to make a gluten AND dairy free one, but haven't quite got it the way I want it yet.

The snow has been crazy this year, hasn't it? Fortunately I am usually on hot cocoa patrol myself.

I like making the Thai Thighs, but I like saying it too. It always gets a giggle from the family. ;o)
