Since it is later Monday, guess we will see this on Wed when your internet returns! I have fresh garlic (young) and scapes to use. I am so jealous of your garden. It is about 1.5 months ahead of mine. To compare, I have all those things growing, but only the herbs are ready. That seriously makes me consider moving to a Southern state, just for gardening.
Here's my post: http://freshginger.org/indian/menu-of-the-week-july-6th-garlic/ and thanks for hosting.

Your menu looks great. I love garlic and the addition of pineapple and chicken sounds enticing! I'm sorry I don't have more garlic-rich recipes in my menu this week. For some reason, in my effort to keep cooking as easy as possible this week, I somehow left out the garlic. Here's my menu: http://celiacfamily.com/menu-plan-july-6/

Lemon mint quinoa sounds delightful, and Nightshade Stew is SUCH a fun name! I must check that out.

Sorry about my hiatus- you wouldn't believe how much has been going on. But, I'm back in the saddle again with a teeny bit garlic-light menu:
