Hi Cheryl,
I wanted to let you know I tried your chocolate banana avocado pudding with a few minor changes. It was awesome! I posted about it on my blog:)
Haven't tried the tofu egg replacer yet. I'll let you know if I do:)

Kimberly,
I am allergic to soy so I've never ventured into tofu-land. I'm not sure it would work, though, because tofu won't give lift. but who knows! if you try it, let me know how it goes.

HI Cheryl,
You are egg free, right? Well, I was wondering if you have ever replaced eggs with tofu before. I saw in an old Living Without magazine that you could replace 4 eggs w/ tofu and some nut flour. I can't use chia or flax right now because of tummy issues. I am really wanting to make something 'bready' but every recipe I find that is grain free is really high in eggs! UGH! Just wondering if you have tried the tofu thing before:) Thanks! It's nice to read a blog that is grain, egg and dairy free:)
