I've been hooked on Grimes Golden this year. I planted a Granny Smith tree last year. I'm looking for a second fall variety to plant this spring. And I may add a transparent for July apples. I already know I'm planting lots more rainbow carrots. I'm hoarding the last bag of my pastel beauties. They are good keepers, and really pretty. I think I'll plant my bunching green onions from seed (indoors) really early this year, like February. Spinach and lettuce, too. I want a big head start on my garden season!
