A small bit of fresh ginger makes such a big difference in recipes like this, doesn’t it? Authentic Asian or not, I’m sure it was good

This soup sounds just perfect – feeling a little bit like I want something light and healthy. And since it’s sub-zero outside, soup sounds especially great!
