		<description>This sounds fabulous!  I have a TON of tomatoes growing in my garden and am running out recipes -- yours sounds perfect. I do have one question.  In your instructions, you have a &quot;well lined&quot; cookie sheet.  Should I line it with parchment paper?  I do have the non-stick cookie sheets.  Should I still line them anyway?  Help :)</description>
