Right on! Thanks for the wonderful info. I feel for you on the stomach discomfort. Mine does something similar, but it's usually because I've eaten too much sugar and not enough fibre, or if I have chips and salsa (I just figured that one out yesterday). All the best!

I totally feel where you're coming from about the 'not planning to plan' because then I decide to change my mind but I don't do it because I didn't planned to. Sometimes it limits my creativity too but on the other hand, sometimes I actually benefit from it; it all varies. Bleh.

Since you asked, I'm moving to the Concord/Lynchburg area of VA. It's near Richmond, about 2 hours away maybe? 2 hours from DC, too, 4 from Virginia Beach and I think even 2-3 from North Carolina if I remember correctly! It's like smack dab in the middle of everything; it's wonderful.

I hope you feel better. It was like that and still is kinda with me but right now I know its mostly stress that's making my stomach all icky since I'm trying to not forget anything and get things done and all that stuff prior to moving.
