		<description>I have sorrel in my garden because I LOVE sorrel sauce with fish.  Saute sorrel and shallots in butter.  Add cream.  Reduce to half.  Salt to taste.  Pour it all over your fish.  It&#039;s yummy!

That&#039;s some mondo sorrel in your photo!  Mine doesn&#039;t get that big.</description>

		<description>It sounds delicious.  I&#039;m a fan of sorrel, and had every intention of growing some this year but never did see seeds for it.  I only cooked with it once I think, but I did like the taste a lot.</description>
