I love it!  I&#039;ve done this more times than I can count, especially when I try to make ice cream in our Vita-Mix.  In fact, one of my first recipes was a Vietnamese fruited ice dessert that was &lt;i&gt;supposed&lt;/i&gt; to be ice cream.  Mine didn&#039;t look as yummy as your&#039;s, though :)
