I can't believe this recipe doesn't have a MILLION comments on it! This was awesome and so easy. I think I figured it was too easy to really be a showstopper of a meal... but it was serious comfort food with no grains! I LOVED it! I used butterball ground turkey, used italian seasoning and dried minced onions for the herbs you called for, and added about half a can of tomato sauce to make it more "stew-y" (is that a word?) lol! I also used the can of sliced black olives like you recommended! YUM! Hubs had it over GF pasta, I had it with the avocados.. REALLY really good Cheryl! What a neat combination and a truly great recipe! Thank you!! This will definitely become a regular meal at our house! And completely slow cooker friendly!
