		<description>SO good - I had some fat Welsh onions in my vegetable box a few weeks running a few weeks ago, and it took me about three weeks to work out that the best thing to do with them was roast them ...  actually, you might like leeks better if you roasted them. And I wonder what roasted rhubarb would be like?
