I use a Cuisinart--it&#039;s a pretty generic processor.  I make my nut butters, but I&#039;m not sure how much money it saves because I eat so much during the process...quality control, of course!
For sugar free, you could easily use maple sugar or powdered honey, I would assume.  Let me know what you come up with!</description>

		<description>What food processor are you using? We are eating loads of nut butter at the moment and it&#039;s going to bankrupt us if I don&#039;t find a way to make the stuff! I love brazil nuts and I&#039;m wondering how to tweak the recipe so it&#039;s grain and sugar free. Might have to reintroduce some butter though - there&#039;s nothing like butter and brazil nuts.
