		<description>Hi Cheryl,
It's nice to see that I'm not the only one with a whole bunch of food restrictions plus I still haven't found out if i may still be eating things that is at the source of my continuous bloating. I constantly remind myself that it's not so bad, that at least my doctor has told that I am still healthy apart from my day to day discomforts. That allows me to continue this tough journey and try new recipes similar to yours. My intolerances seem to be: sugar, lactose and casin, gluten, soy (not sure yet), corn, citrus (lemons and limes seem to be ok.) and coffee and chocolate, of course. It's tough and I sometimes wish I wasn't vegetarian cause that complicates things a lot when I go to a restaurant but I really don't want to resort to eating meat. I've been seeing the same RNCP for the past 6 years now and she's helped me a lot but has moved. The only thing I'm lacking is new ideas. How long did it take you to pinpoint your intolerances and have your symptoms really disappeared for the most part? I've made a lot of progress as now the bloating is pretty much the main issue. I just hope one day my cooking efforts and food restrictions will be really have been worthwhile. I miss oh so much the sandwhiches and pizzas!! I'm still and have always been quite athletic and positive and never thought I would have to deal with a distended stomach no matter how many abs I do! Oh well, there could be worst things... ; )
Thanks,
Celine.</description>
